Reliable Self Storage
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at reliableselfstorage.com, including all content, features, and functionality made available on or through it (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Reliable Self Storage, with facility locations in Victorville, California and Claremont, California (“Reliable Self Storage,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply only to your use of the Site itself. They do not govern the rental of storage units, which is instead subject to a separate rental/lease agreement you sign at, or in connection with, one of our facilities. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls with respect to your storage unit and tenancy.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or that could harm the Company or users of the Site.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
- To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Site, without our prior written consent.
2. Contact Forms and Submitted Information
The Site allows you to submit inquiries and messages, including through the contact form, to our Victorville, Claremont, or corporate locations. By submitting information through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We use information submitted through the Site to respond to your inquiry, provide information about our storage facilities and services, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with a tenant portal or customer login linked from the Site, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Customer login and payment portals linked from the Site may be operated by third-party service providers and are subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including all text, graphics, logos, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, including facility-specific customer login portals, that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
5. Pricing, Availability, and Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site, including unit sizes, availability, pricing, and promotions, accurate and up to date. However, information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only, may not reflect real-time availability or current pricing at a given facility, and is subject to change without notice. Any quote, rate, or promotion referenced on the Site is not binding until confirmed in writing or reflected in a signed rental agreement at the applicable facility.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
